I have a similar setup to silvertail, only mine is a Cobra designed for a Suzuki Intruder. Mine sounds great, it's slightly baffled so it's loud under acceleration but not too loud just cruising. It looks a lot like what your interested in. I had to have mine welded to the header pipe as it was not exactly the correct diameter to fit snugly around the header. The best part about it was that it only cost me 100 US dollars and 20 dollars to have it welded on. I also removed the white spacer that holds the carb needle from sitting higher up. I recommend that afer you install your new pipe. I went up two main jet sizes as well but I think that was a little too much because when I removed the plug, it was a little on the rich side. But I would rather have it a little richer than too lean. Not enough power and runs too hot if too lean. Let us know how the exhuast works out for you, it looks pretty cool.
